Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Arbutus Park Retirement Community in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated because of her Race.  The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was subjected to derogatory comments from her co-workers and supervisors. Plaintiff reported this behavior but nothing was done.  The complaint further alleges Plaintiff was retaliated against after she reported the discriminatory behavior and was unjustly fired.
