KM&A Files Lawsuit against Tom Friday’s Market

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

February 2, 2016

Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Tom Friday’s Market in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was visiting Tom Friday’s Market and sustained an injury. Plaintiff was attempting to enter the store but due to the door being covered with signs, he could not see if there was another customer on the other side. As a result, when he approached the door to open it, another customer on the other side swung the door open and hit Plaintiff’s knee. Plaintiff sustained a serious knee injury because Tom Friday’s Market was negligent in maintaining a safe premise for its customers. Tom Friday’s Market should not have had the door covered in signs blocking view into the store. It was only after Plaintiff sustained the injury that Tom Friday’s Market removed all of the signs from the door. The complaint alleges that Tom Friday’s Market was negligent in failing to maintain a safe premise.
