KM&A Files Lawsuit Against Pep-Boys

Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against The Pep Boys-Manny Moe & Jack o/d/b/a Pep-Boys on behalf of Christopher Good in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. .

The complaint alleges that the Plaintiff was terminated from his position with Pep-Boys due to a “no call no-show.” The complaint claims that the Plaintiff was called for required active duty  by the United States military. The complaint further alleges that Pep-Boys was well aware of, and had received a copy of Plaintiff’s active duty orders well in advance of Plaintiff’s absence. The complaint also alleges that Pep-Boys had assured the Plaintiff that his job would be available upon his return from military service. The complaint alleges that Pep-Boys terminated the Plaintiff upon his return from required active duty for “not reporting to work.”
