Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Citizens Bank in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that the Plaintiff was retaliated against because of her complaints about sexual harassment from a superior. The complaint states that the Plaintiff was was repeatedly disciplined and eventually fired because she complained to Human Resources about repeated unwelcome advances from her supervisor.
