KM&A Files Lawsuit against Cafe 1400, LLC

Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Café 1400, LLC in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act (Title VII). Plaintiff was terminated because he was a homosexual African American. Plaintiff was subjected to inappropriate comments and a hostile work environment. Plaintiff was forced to take a reduction in hours and transfer to several locations because of his race and sexual orientation. Plaintiff was eventually unjustly terminated without cause.
