Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Amy Keim (Ms. Keim) in the Westmoreland County Court of Common Pleas.

The complaint alleges that Ms. Keim is guilty of negligence. Ms. Keim and Plaintiff entered into a verbal agreement for Plaintiff to paint Ms. Keim’s deck. While Plaintiff was painting the three-story deck, she fell from a ladder (provided by Ms. Keim) and injured her shoulder. Ms. Keim did not offer to take Plaintiff to receive any treatment. Plaintiff suffered a severe shoulder injury as a result of Ms. Keim providing Plaintiff with a faulty ladder.
