Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Community Blood Bank of NWPA in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated in violation of the ADEA. Plaintiff was retaliated against and terminated because she had answered YES to a supervisor’s question as to whether there was a rumor going around involving him. Plaintiff did not start this rumor but was punished for it. The younger workers who started the rumor were not punished. Plaintiff was singled out because of her age.
