Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against the University of Pittsburgh in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that the Plaintiff was discriminated against on the basis of his race. The complaint states that the Plaintiff, a tenured professor at the Graduate School of Public Policy, has been the victim of harassment, unnecessary discipline, and a pay reduction because of his status as the only African-American core faculty member.
